IL RINNOVAMENTO GUARDA AL FUTURO

C’è aria nuova da Ballarini Interni, un’aria di freschezza e rinnovamento, come la brezza primaverile. L’azienda veronese, nata nel 1946 da Guido e Ottorino Ballarini, apre le porte a una nuova generazione, accogliendo nella società una nuova frontiera del design. Ne parliamo con Alberto Cetti, nuovo socio e amministratore delegato di Ballarini Interni.

“l nostro territorio è riconosciuto in tutto il mondo per l’eccellenza della piccola imprenditoria che, dal dopoguerra a oggi, ha segnato la crescita sociale ed economica non solo della nostra nazione ma di un modo di fare impresa.
Purtroppo, però, questo stesso territorio fallisce nel passaggio aziendale da una generazione all’altra. I dati di Confindustria Verona testimoniano che, nel 2025, il 92% delle PMI non supera il primo passaggio generazionale“.

Questa non è la storia della nostra Ballarini, fondata nel 1946 dai fratelli Guido e Ottorino, gestita e fatta crescere per 35 anni da Roberto, Flavio e Giuseppe. La nuova Ballarini, in queste settimane, ha ufficialmente effettuato il terzo passaggio generazionale, con il subentro nel capitale e nei ruoli di direzione di Nicolò e Lucia, figli di Giuseppe, oltre a me, nel ruolo di amministratore delegato.

Analizzando i tempi, si è pensato che questo fosse il momento giusto per cedere la governance ai figli, che da oltre vent’anni vivono ogni giorno le necessità aziendali, facendone propri i meccanismi e che ora si propongono di dare energia e nuove visioni imprenditoriali. Il mercato oggi richiede molte sollecitazioni, sia in termini di competitività, sia in termini di qualità e sviluppo tecnologico.

Siamo molto lieti di comunicare che Ballarini Interni effettuerà nuove aperture nel territorio veronese, per rispondere sempre di più alle esigenze dei clienti, agli standard del mercato e per offrire un’assistenza distintiva, non solo attraverso le persone, gli ambienti e le aziende di riferimento, ma anche implementando strumenti di digitalizzazione, che aiuteranno la clientela nella scelta del confort della loro abitazione o attività.

Fiduciosi in un futuro roseo, non ci resta che ringraziare Flavio e Roberto per questi anni di servizio imprenditoriale, augurando loro un sereno futuro.

Facciamo un grande in bocca al lupo a Giuseppe, Nicolò, Lucia ed Alberto per le tante sfide che il domani vi sottoporrà, ma alle quali siamo certi saprete dare risposte chiare e positive con la vostra unione e la vostra freschezza.

Non ci rimane che fare i nostri migliori auguri al nuovo staff direttivo di Ballarini Interni, per un futuro che si dimostrerà certamente roseo e proficuo, come sempre in anticipo sui tempi.

BALLARINI INTERNI — THE RENEWAL LOOKS TO THE FUTURE

There is a new air at Ballarini Interni, an air of freshness and renewal, like the spring breeze. The Veronese company, founded in 1946 by Guido and Ottorino Ballarini, opens its doors to a new generation, welcoming a new frontier of design into the company. We talk about it with Alberto Cetti, new partner and CEO of Ballarini Interni.

“Our territory is recognized throughout the world for the excellence of small businesses that in the postwar period to date have marked the social and economic growth not only of our nation but of a ‘way of doing business’. Unfortunately, however, this same territory of ours is demonstrating with the numbers that it fails in the business transition from generation to generation. The data from Confindustria Verona testify today in 2025 that 92% of PMI companies (small and medium-sized enterprises, ed.) do not pass the first generational transition.

This is not the story of our Ballarini, founded in 1946 by the brothers Guido and Ottorino, managed and grown for 35 years by Roberto, Flavio and Giuseppe. The new Ballarini, in recent weeks, has officially completed the third generational transition with the takeover of the capital and management roles of Nicolò and Lucia, Giuseppe’s children, in addition to me, in the role of CEO.

Analyzing the timing, we thought that this was the right moment to hand over the governance of the company to the children who, for over twenty years, have lived the company’s needs every day by making the mechanisms their own and who now intend to give energy and new entrepreneurial visions; given the many demands that the market requires today both in terms of competitiveness and in terms of quality and technological development.

We are very pleased with the opportunity to announce that Ballarini Interni will carry out new openings in the Verona area, openings increasingly aimed at responding to customer needs, market standards and being able to offer that assistance that has always distinguished our reality, not only through the people, environments and companies of reference, but also by implementing digitalization tools that will increasingly help customers in choosing the comfort of their home or business.

Therefore, confident of a rosy future, we can only thank Flavio and Roberto for these years of entrepreneurial service, wishing them a serene future.”

We wish Giuseppe, Nicolò, Lucia and Alberto the best of luck for the many challenges that tomorrow will present you, but to which we are certain you will be able to give clear and positive answers with your unity and your freshness. All that remains for us to do is to extend our best wishes to the new management team of Ballarini Interni, for a future that will certainly prove to be rosy and fruitful, as always ahead of its time.
